Jennifer Macauley

Jenni studied art at the National Art School, East Sydney and Chelsea Art School, London. She has worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for a number of major advertising agencies in NSW and Victoria.

Working as a young artist in NSW, she was awarded a number of prizes for drawing. Her talent for drawing is exemplified in book illustrations in published works.

She has a deep affection for the Australian outback, where she worked for some time as a jillaroo with her spare time taken up with sketching and painting.

Her work in recent years has included landscape, portraiture and botanical art, painting in watercolour, gouache, acrylic and oils.

Her paintings are represented in Japan, U.K., U.S.A. and throughout Australia.

Now living permanently at St Andrews Beach, Victoria, her current works evoke the mysteries of the changing light of sea and sky, demonstrating her deep emotional affinity with nature.

Jenni has sold many paintings through Peninsula art shows and galleries.
